The roast level is Light/Medium. The brewed cup is bodied with a slight cinnamon spice with some fruited notes such as apricot and mandarin orange. Natural sugar and Cocoa flavors appear as the cup cools along with a faint cashew taste. This coffee makes an excellent espresso with a remarkable Americano. The milk-based espresso drinks may lack some intensity but the brewed cup can be bold.
