The roast level is light. This is a blend of several Ethiopian coffees, both washed and natural process. The cup has a classic Ethiopian character with a delicate balance of berry flavors such as raspberry and strawberry with a hint of tart cherry that leads to a back-drop of cocoa nibs. The body is light with a clean finish.
